All of our products are custom-made and produced based on each customer’s specific order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases where the delivered product has a manufacturing defect or production error. If you receive an item with such an issue, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide clear photos of the defect so we can review and resolve the matter.Items that are correct as ordered but no longer wanted, incorrectly ordered by the customer, or subject to preference changes are not eligible for return or refund.
